No fem comptes d’usuari, no tenim butlletí, no et seguim i no venem res a ningú. Guardem la teva adreça perquè sense adreça no hi ha sobre. Comptem, en xifres i sense noms, quines parts de la pàgina mira la gent. I, si votes per una enganxina que encara no hem fet, guardem el teu correu per avisar-te el dia que la fem: no és cap butlletí, és un sol avís. Res més.
We have no user accounts, no newsletter, we do not follow you around and we sell nothing to anybody. We keep your address because without one there is no envelope. We count, in plain numbers with no names attached, which parts of the page people look at. And if you vote for a sticker we have not made yet, we keep your email so we can tell you the day we make it: it is not a newsletter, it is one message. That is all.

No et demanem el telèfon. No creem cap compte d’usuari. No hi ha butlletí al qual apuntar-se: l’única llista que tenim és la dels vots per a les enganxines que encara no hem fet, i només serveix per enviar un avís quan es puguin comprar. Ni promocions, ni novetats, ni res més.
We do not ask for your phone number. We create no user account. There is no newsletter to sign up to: the only list we keep is of votes for the stickers we have not made yet, and it exists solely to send one notice when they go on sale. No promotions, no news, nothing else.
De les comandes en fem una còpia de seguretat. Un cop per setmana copiem les dades de la comanda —nom, adreça i què has comprat— a un magatzem privat i xifrat nostre, a la regió d’Irlanda d’AWS. Existeix per un sol motiu: poder-te enviar el paquet encara que no puguem accedir a la passarel·la de pagament. No hi accedeix ningú més i es conserva el mateix temps que la comanda (apartat 5).
We keep a backup copy of orders. Once a week we copy the order data — your name, address and what you bought — to a private, encrypted store of our own in the AWS Ireland region. It exists for one reason: so we can still send your parcel if we cannot reach the payment gateway. Nobody else has access to it, and it is kept for exactly as long as the order itself (section 5).

- Amazon Web Services (regió d’Irlanda) allotja la web. A la seva base de dades hi ha el teu correu si has votat per una enganxina que encara no existeix, i en un magatzem privat nostre hi ha la còpia de seguretat setmanal de les comandes (apartat 2). Els servidors d’AWS registren adreces IP durant un temps limitat per raons tècniques i de seguretat.Amazon Web Services (Ireland region) hosts the site. Its database holds your email if you voted for a sticker that does not exist yet, and a private store of ours holds the weekly backup copy of orders (section 2). AWS servers log IP addresses for a limited time for technical and security reasons.

Ningú més. No venem, no lloguem ni cedim dades a tercers per a màrqueting.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or pass data to third parties for marketing.
4. Galetes: no n’hi ha4. Cookies: there are none
Aquesta web no fa servir galetes, ni píxels, ni Google Analytics, ni cap eina de tercers. Per això no veuràs cap finestreta demanant-te permís.
This site uses no cookies, no pixels, no Google Analytics and no third-party tool of any kind. That is why you will not see a banner asking your permission.
El que sí que fem és comptar, al nostre propi servidor: quants segons cada secció de la pàgina ha estat a la pantalla, i quantes vegades s’ha obert o s’ha posat a la bossa cada enganxina. Ens serveix per saber què s’entén i què no.
What we do is count, on our own server: how many seconds each section of the page spent on screen, and how many times each sticker was opened or put in the bag. It tells us what lands and what does not.
Aquests recomptes són sumes. No desem cap identificador teu, ni al navegador ni al servidor: ni galeta, ni número de visitant, ni empremta digital. No desem la teva adreça IP. No hi ha cap manera de tornar enrere des d’un número fins a una persona, ni per a nosaltres ni per a ningú, perquè la informació que caldria per fer-ho no s’ha arribat a escriure enlloc. L’única excepció és el vot per a una enganxina que encara no existeix, i és una excepció que demanes tu escrivint el correu: allà sí que hi ha una adreça, i està explicada a la taula de dalt.
These counts are sums. We store no identifier for you, neither in your browser nor on the server: no cookie, no visitor number, no fingerprint. We do not store your IP address. There is no way back from a number to a person, for us or for anybody, because the information that would be needed was never written down. The one exception is a vote for a sticker that does not exist yet, and it is an exception you ask for by typing your address: there, an address really is stored, and it is set out in the table above.
Com que no desem ni llegim res al teu dispositiu per comptar, la llei no ens demana el teu consentiment (§ 25.2 TDDDG). Si el teu navegador envia «Do Not Track» o «Global Privacy Control», no comptem res.
Because we neither store nor read anything on your device in order to count, the law does not require your consent (§ 25(2) TDDDG). If your browser sends “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control”, we count nothing at all.

Les tres són estrictament necessàries per a un servei que has demanat tu, així que la llei (§ 25.2 TDDDG) no exigeix consentiment. Cap serveix per identificar-te ni per seguir-te.
All three are strictly necessary for a service you asked for, so the law (§ 25(2) TDDDG) requires no consent. None of them identifies you or follows you anywhere.
5. Quant de temps5. How long
Les dades de comanda es conserven mentre calgui per a la garantia i, després, el temps que exigeixen les obligacions fiscals i comptables alemanyes (fins a deu anys). Els correus que no acaben en comanda, un any. Els vots per a enganxines que encara no existeixen: un any, o fins que t’avisem que ja es pot comprar — el que passi abans. Si al cap d’un any encara no s’ha fet, s’esborra sol. Les fotos del concurs, fins que ens demanis que les retirem; l’adreça de la guanyadora, fins que el premi hagi arribat. La còpia de seguretat setmanal de les comandes s’esborra sola en el mateix termini que la comanda, i no la conservem més enllà.
Order data is kept as long as the guarantee needs it and then for as long as German tax and accounting duties require (up to ten years). Emails that do not turn into an order, one year. Votes for stickers that do not exist yet: one year, or until we tell you it is on sale — whichever comes first. If it has not been made within the year, it deletes itself. Contest photos, until you ask us to take them down; the winner’s address, until the prize has arrived. The weekly backup copy of orders deletes itself on the same schedule as the order it copies, and is kept no longer.
6. Els teus drets6. Your rights
Pots demanar-nos accés a les teves dades, rectificar-les, esborrar-les, limitar-ne el tractament, oposar-t’hi o rebre-les en un format portable. Escriu a hola@enganxat.cat i et respondrem en un mes com a màxim; a la pràctica, molt abans. Si vols sortir de la llista de vots, digues-ho i et traiem: no cal donar cap motiu.
You can ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to that use, or hand it over in a portable format. Write to hola@enganxat.cat and we will answer within a month at the latest; in practice, much sooner. If you want off the voting list, say so and we will take you off: no reason needed.
També tens dret a presentar una reclamació davant d’una autoritat de protecció de dades, la del teu país de residència o la que correspon a l’estat federat on estem donats d’alta.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, either in your country of residence or the one for the German state where we are registered.
