Aquestes condicions regeixen les compres a enganxat.cat. El venedor és la persona que consta a l’avís legal. Només venem a persones consumidores majors d’edat.

These terms govern purchases at enganxat.cat. The seller is the person named in the legal notice. We sell only to consumers of legal age.

1. Com es tanca la compra1. How the contract is made

Posar packs a la bossa no és cap compromís. El contracte es tanca quan prems el botó de pagar i el pagament s’autoritza. Rebràs la confirmació per correu. No cal registrar-se ni crear cap compte.

Putting packs in the bag commits you to nothing. The contract is formed when you press the pay button and the payment is authorised. You will get confirmation by email. No sign-up and no account are needed.

2. Preus2. Prices

Un pack són 10 enganxines iguals, el·líptiques, de 15 × 10 cm, en vinil laminat mat. El preu és de 3,00 € el pack. D’acord amb el § 19 UStG no es repercuteix IVA, de manera que el preu que veus és el final; l’enviament es mostra a part abans de pagar.

A pack is 10 identical stickers, elliptical, 15 × 10 cm, in matt laminated vinyl. The price is €3.00 per pack. Under § 19 UStG no VAT is charged, so the price you see is the final one; postage is shown separately before you pay.

Promoció 4+1: per cada cinc packs que posis a la bossa, el cinquè no el pagues. S’aplica sol, sense codis. No es pot canviar per diners.

4+1 offer: for every five packs in the bag, you do not pay for the fifth. It applies by itself, no codes. It cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Pagament3. Payment

Pots pagar amb targeta (incloent-hi Apple Pay i Google Pay quan el teu navegador els ofereix), amb PayPal i, si ets a Espanya, amb Bizum. Els pagaments els processa Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Les dades de la teva targeta no passen mai pels nostres sistemes.

You can pay by card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay where your browser offers them), with PayPal and, if you are in Spain, with Bizum. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Your card details never pass through our systems.

4. Enviament4. Delivery

Enviem des d’Alemanya, només dins de la Unió Europea. Els terminis que indiquem a Enviaments i devolucions són estimacions, no garanties: la part que depèn de nosaltres és sortir cap a correus, i ho fem cada dijous.

We ship from Germany, within the European Union only. The times given on Shipping and returns are estimates, not guarantees: the part that depends on us is getting to the post office, which we do every Thursday.

Les comandes fetes abans de l’1 d’octubre de 2026 són una reserva: aquest és el dia en què surt la primera tongada, i és la data d’enviament que acceptes en comprar. A partir d’aquell dia, i per a qualsevol comanda posterior, la comanda et sortirà com a molt tard 30 dies després de la compra. Si l’enviament s’endarrereix més enllà del que hàgim acordat, ens ho pots reclamar i, si tampoc així ho complim, pots resoldre el contracte i recuperar els diners.

Orders placed before 1 October 2026 are a pre-order: that is the day the first run goes out, and it is the dispatch date you agree to when you buy. From that day on, and for any later order, your order will be dispatched no later than 30 days after purchase. If dispatch slips beyond what we agreed, you can ask us to deliver and, if we still do not, you can cancel the contract and get your money back.

5. Si arriba malament5. If it arrives damaged

Si el sobre arriba destrossat o les enganxines arriben fetes un acordió, escriu-nos a hola@enganxat.cat amb el número de comanda i una foto. Te’n tornem a enviar unes de noves sense cost i sense que ens hagis de tornar res. Això és un compromís nostre, i s’afegeix als teus drets legals; no els substitueix.

If the envelope arrives wrecked or the stickers turn up looking like an accordion, write to hola@enganxat.cat with your order number and a photo. We send replacements free, and you do not have to return anything. That is a promise from us, on top of your legal rights, not instead of them.

6. Garantia legal6. Legal guarantee

Tens els drets de garantia que et donen la llei alemanya i la normativa europea de consum: dos anys per als defectes de conformitat del producte. Res del que hi ha en aquestes condicions els limita.

You have the guarantee rights given to you by German law and EU consumer rules: two years for defects in conformity. Nothing in these terms limits them.

7. Desistiment7. Withdrawal

Tens catorze dies per penedir-te’n, sense haver de donar cap motiu. Com funciona i com ens ho comuniques, a Dret de desistiment.

8. Ús responsable8. Sensible use

Les enganxines s’enganxen on no molestin ningú. Ni monuments, ni cotxes aliens, ni façanes que no siguin teves. Cadascú és responsable d’on les posa.

Stickers go where they bother nobody. Not monuments, not other people’s cars, not walls that are not yours. Where you stick them is your responsibility.

9. Llei aplicable9. Governing law

S’aplica el dret alemany. Si compres com a consumidora, això no et priva de la protecció que et donin les normes imperatives del país on vius.

German law applies. If you buy as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection given by the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
