Reserva. Les comandes que es facin ara són una reserva: la primera tongada surt cap a correus l’1 d’octubre de 2026 i abans d’aquella data no s’envia res, sigui quin sigui el dia en què hagis pagat. Els terminis de la taula de sota compten des d’aquell dia. Si no t’hi vols esperar, tens catorze dies per desistir i et tornem els diners.

Pre-order. Orders placed now are a reservation: the first run heads for the post office on 1 October 2026, and nothing is sent before that date, whatever day you paid. The times in the table below are counted from that day. If you would rather not wait, you have fourteen days to withdraw and we refund you.

Enviem des d’Alemanya. Sortim cap a correus cada dijous: això és el tros que depèn de nosaltres, i és l’únic que et podem prometre. La resta la fa el servei postal.

We ship from Germany. We head for the post office every Thursday: that is the part that depends on us, and the only part we can promise. The rest is up to the postal service.

Els terminis són estimacions i no formen part del contracte. En qualsevol cas, la comanda sortirà com a molt tard 30 dies després de la compra.

Només dins de la Unió Europea. Fora, la duana ens fa mandra. Si ets a Suïssa, al Regne Unit o a Buenos Aires, escriu-nos a hola@enganxat.cat i mirem com ho fem.

Within the European Union only. Outside it, customs makes us tired. If you are in Switzerland, the UK or Buenos Aires, write to hola@enganxat.cat and we will work something out.

Com les enviemHow we send them

En un sobre normal amb un cartró rígid a dins perquè no arribin fetes un acordió. Sense seguiment: és el que ens permet cobrar-te 1,50 € i no set euros. Si prefereixes un enviament amb seguiment, escriu-nos abans de comprar.

In an ordinary envelope with a stiff piece of card inside so they do not turn up looking like an accordion. No tracking: that is what lets us charge you €1.50 instead of seven euros. If you would rather have a tracked shipment, write to us before ordering.

Si no arribaIf it does not arrive

Si passen quinze dies laborables i no hi ha res, escriu-nos amb el número de comanda. Ho tornem a enviar. No et farem demostrar res.

If fifteen working days pass and nothing has turned up, write to us with your order number. We send it again. We will not ask you to prove anything.

Si arriba malamentIf it arrives damaged

Una foto a hola@enganxat.cat i te’n tornem a enviar unes de noves, sense cost i sense devolució. Aquest compromís s’afegeix als teus drets legals de garantia, que són de dos anys.

Send a photo to hola@enganxat.cat and we post replacements, free and with nothing to send back. This promise is on top of your two-year legal guarantee rights.
