Enganxa una enganxina on no molesti, fes-li una foto amb el paisatge i envia-nos-la. Cada quatre mesos triem una guanyadora. Aquestes són les regles.

Stick a sticker somewhere it bothers nobody, photograph it with the scenery, and send it to us. Every four months we pick a winner. These are the rules.

1. Qui organitza1. Who runs it

La persona que consta a l’avís legal. El concurs no està patrocinat, avalat ni administrat per Instagram ni per Telegram, i aquestes plataformes no hi tenen cap responsabilitat.

The person named in the legal notice. The contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or Telegram, and those platforms bear no responsibility for it.

2. Qui pot participar2. Who can enter

Qualsevol persona major de 18 anys resident a la Unió Europea. No cal haver comprat res. Fora de la UE no podem enviar el premi, i per això no hi podem admetre participants.

Anyone over 18 resident in the European Union. No purchase is necessary. We cannot ship the prize outside the EU, which is why we cannot accept entrants from there.

3. Com es participa3. How to enter

Envia’ns la foto per Instagram (@enganxat.cat), per correu (hola@enganxat.cat) o per Telegram (@enganxatcat), dient-nos on és. Pots enviar tantes fotos com vulguis. Han de ser teves.

Send us the photo on Instagram (@enganxat.cat), by email (hola@enganxat.cat) or on Telegram (@enganxatcat), telling us where it is. Send as many as you like. They must be yours.

4. El premi4. The prize

El Pebrot d’Or: un pack de cada frase, enviament inclòs. Un premi cada quatre mesos, una sola guanyadora, sense categories. El premi no es pot canviar per diners. Si no podem aconseguir algun disseny, el substituirem per un altre de valor equivalent.

The Golden Pepper: one pack of every phrase, postage included. One prize every four months, a single winner, no categories. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. If a design is unavailable we will substitute one of equivalent value.

5. Com es tria5. How we choose

Hi ha jurat: nosaltres dos i la mare. Pot guanyar per qualsevol motiu: pels quilòmetres, per les vistes o per estar ben amagada. És una decisió subjectiva i inapel·lable. Avisarem la guanyadora pel mateix canal per on va enviar la foto; si no respon en catorze dies, triarem una altra foto.

There is a jury: the two of us and our mother. It can win for any reason at all: the kilometres, the view, or just being very well hidden. The decision is subjective and final. We will contact the winner through the same channel they used; if they do not reply within fourteen days, we will pick another photo.

6. Què fem amb la teva foto6. What we do with your photo

En enviar-nos-la, ens dones permís no exclusiu i gratuït per publicar-la als nostres canals: Instagram, Telegram i aquesta web. Sempre amb crèdit, amb el nom o el compte que ens diguis. No la vendrem, no la cedirem a tercers i no la farem servir en publicitat de pagament. La foto continua sent teva.

By sending it you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to publish it on our own channels: Instagram, Telegram and this site. Always credited, with whatever name or handle you tell us. We will not sell it, pass it to third parties or use it in paid advertising. The photo stays yours.

Si canvies d’opinió, escriu-nos i la retirarem dels nostres canals.

If you change your mind, write to us and we will take it down from our channels.

No enviïs fotos on es reconeguin persones que no t’hagin donat permís.

Do not send photos in which identifiable people appear without their permission.

7. Enganxa amb seny7. Stick sensibly

No admetrem fotos d’enganxines en monuments, en cotxes aliens, en façanes privades ni en cap lloc on estigui prohibit. Ets responsable d’on l’enganxes.

We will not accept photos of stickers on monuments, other people’s cars, private façades or anywhere it is forbidden. Where you stick it is your responsibility.

8. Dades8. Data

Per participar només ens cal la foto i un canal de contacte; a la guanyadora li demanarem una adreça per enviar-li el premi, i l’esborrarem quan hagi arribat. La resta, a Privacitat.

To enter we need only the photo and a way to reach you; we will ask the winner for an address to post the prize, and delete it once it has arrived. The rest is on Privacy.
